Intra-Community Supplies (VAT Reverse Charge)

Orders are normally subject to the Dutch VAT rate of 21%. However, business customers located within the European Union (excluding the Netherlands) who have a valid VAT identification number may qualify for VAT reverse charge treatment (intra-community supply).

To place an order with VAT reverse charge, you must first create a VAT-exempt business account. You can do this via the Register page. Under "I am ordering as", select the following option:

"European business with Reverse charge - VAT exempt. Not for Dutch companies."

Once your account has been registered and your VAT number has been verified, you will be able to place orders with VAT charged according to the applicable reverse charge regulations.
