Dutch schools and government organizations can place orders on account with PenStore.nl. The minimum order value for payment on account is €25.00 including VAT, excluding shipping costs.
If your order value is below €25.00, you can complete your purchase using iDEAL or bank transfer.
To place an order on account, you must first create an account by clicking "Register" at the top of the website.
During registration, select the option:
"Employee of a school, institution, government. I am ordering on behalf of my employer."
After registration, you can place your order and select "Pay on Account" as your payment method during checkout.
The invoice will be sent by email to the email address of the person placing the order.
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. We therefore recommend forwarding the invoice to your organization's finance department as soon as possible to ensure timely payment.
