Returns and Right of Withdrawal (for business customers)
We offer business customers the option to return products. Return requests can be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the conditions below are met.
An order is considered a business order when a company name has been provided in the billing address. In that case, the invoice is issued in the name of the company. Please note that the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers does not apply to business purchases.
Conditions
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Please include the packing slip supplied with your order whenever possible.
- Only products that are completely unused, unopened, undamaged, and in saleable condition are eligible for return.
- Used writing instruments, including fountain pens, ballpoint pens, markers, felt-tip pens, brush pens, and similar products, cannot be returned.
- Special-order, personalized, or custom-made products are excluded from returns.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Administrative and restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount. These charges will not exceed €10.- excluding VAT per return shipment.
