How do I place an order at PenStore.nl?

Ordering from PenStore.nl is easy and can be completed in five steps:

Step 1: Add products to your shopping cart

Place the desired items in your shopping cart and click Checkout to start your order.

Step 2: Enter your details

Fill in your billing address and, if applicable, your shipping address. Already logged in to your account? Your details will be filled in automatically.

Step 3: Choose a delivery or pickup method

You can choose to have your order delivered or pick it up yourself.

Delivery

Choose the shipping method that suits you best. We work with carriers such as DHL and PostNL to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Pickup

Would you prefer to collect your order yourself from our Experience Center in Peize, The Netherlands? Select Pickup in Peize. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a pickup confirmation by email. We kindly ask you to wait for this confirmation before visiting us.

Step 4: Choose a payment method

Select your preferred payment method. We offer a variety of secure payment options.

Step 5: Complete your order

Carefully review your order and click Confirm and Pay Order to finalize it. You will then be redirected to our payment provider to securely complete your payment.

What happens after I place my order?

We do everything we can to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders for which all items are in stock are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or cannot be supplied immediately in the desired quantity, we aim to ship your order within 5 business days. If the delivery time is longer than expected, we will of course contact you and keep you informed of the progress.

During the ordering process, you will receive several emails:

Order Confirmation

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check the details carefully and contact us right away if anything is incorrect.

Shipping or Pickup Confirmation

As soon as your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with the relevant information. If you selected a shipping method with tracking, this email will also include your tracking number.

Invoice

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive your invoice in PDF format by email.
