We do everything we can to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days when the following conditions are met:
Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing the tracking number.
If there is any deviation or delay, we will inform you by email.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, processing may take 1–2 additional business days. We will process your order as soon as we have received your payment.
If one or more items are temporarily unavailable, we will ship your order as soon as all ordered items are available. Items that are in stock will be reserved for you during this period.
In exceptional cases, an item may be shown as in stock on the website but turn out to be unavailable when the order is processed. If this happens, we will immediately ship the available items. The missing item will be shipped to you free of charge as soon as it is back in stock. If backordering is not possible or not desired, we will issue a refund for the item concerned.
When an item is temporarily out of stock or cannot be supplied immediately in the requested quantity, we aim to ship your order within 5 business days. If the expected delivery time is longer, we will inform you as soon as possible by email and keep you updated on the progress.
